We offer regular and premium seasonal sites. Our regular sites are roughly 45′ x 60′ and our premium sites are roughly 45′ x 100′.

Here is the breakdown of our seasonal spots at Grand Palms.

To fully explain, we are in the RM of Alexander. They charge an annual ‘site tax’ essentially, of approximately $425 plus GST. The bylaw states that any campground with more than 200 campsites is responsible to collect and remit that to the RM. So, this is part of your annual fee with us, thought we make no money on that, when we quote you, it is part of your total annual fee with us.

Included in a seasonal with us is a picnic table, a fire pit, 30amp service (50amp upgrade available), and a 500-gallon septic tank.

The price of our regular sites including RM fee and all taxes in is $3612 per year. Out premium sites cost $4137 per year all in.

This includes all water and electricity as well as winter storage for all of your site belongings.

We require $1000 non-refundable down payment due September 30 each year. This will include winter storage for your trailer and everything on your site. The remainder is due May 1 of the following year.

Generally our opening weekend is May long weekend and we close mid October. This year we opened May long weekend and closing our gates at noon on October 15 2024.
